Data collected for the following purposes and using the following services:
The app accesses the IP address, username, drawn and uploaded signature, but doesn’t collect them for any purpose other than signing documents and server logging. No data is collected to track the user or for any other means.

The biometric data is handled directly by the device and OS and not directly by the app.
The call a service on the device which verify the identity of the user.

The device camera is used only for the first access, in order to ready the QR code that provides the user's credential to access the application


Legal action
The User is responsible for the information the User handles. The User is also responsible if the User shares data with other applications.
Safra National Bank of New York is not responsible for any misuse of the application or the publication of local data to other applications initiated by the User.

Additional information about User's Personal Data
In addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, this Application may provide the User with additional and contextual information concerning particular services or the collection and processing of Personal Data, as agreed to by the User.

For operation and maintenance purposes, this Application and any third party services may collect files that record interaction with this Application
